Job Description
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented 3D Design & Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client interior requirements, designing premium modular layouts in 3D (using SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools), presenting photorealistic design walkthroughs, and guiding clients through product selections to consult and finalize sales. You will act as the key bridge between client aspirations and factory-ready specifications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in 3D interior design software (SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, or 3ds Max).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
- In-depth knowledge of modern modular kitchen layouts, wardrobe designs, and interior materials.
- Proven track record (2+ years) in design consultation, sales, or customer relationship management in the interiors industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather detailed design briefs, site measurements, and preferences.
- Develop photorealistic 3D interior designs and modular solutions tailored to client budgets.
- Present design concepts, material selections (Ply, Laminate, Shutters), and detailed cost proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with the production and technical teams to ensure design files are factory-compliant.
- Drive design closure and secure sales contracts to achieve team business targets.
